▪️ This product is the second installment of the 1:700 Imperial Japanese Navy Ship Etching Parts Universal Window Frame Set, designed to enhance the precision of bridge sections. This set includes window frames with heights of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, and 1.4mm. For heights of 1.0mm and 0.7mm, please purchase the first installment (MDF-144).
▪️ We offer three types of horizontal spacing for window frames: 0.8mm, 0.9mm, and 1.0mm. For bridge structures with angular, flat profiles, it's common for the vertical window frames to align with these corners. By selecting parts with horizontal spacing that best matches the front, forward oblique, and side views of the bridge, and applying them individually, you can eliminate any visual inconsistencies.
▪️ We have prepared 30 size verification gauges to easily measure the size of the bridge on your plastic model. These are also compatible with the first release. If the size does not match, please adjust the plastic model to achieve the correct height.
▪️ We've also included window frame etching parts for the bridge of the heavy cruiser Chokai (Takao-class). Please verify compatibility with your kit before use. These parts require bending. To facilitate bending at the designated position, a recessed mold is engraved on the back of the part. An arrow indicating the bending position is stamped on the lower section of the part for reference.
▪️ For bonding, use instant adhesive, epoxy adhesive, or similar.
