Product Introduction
The Mega Drive exclusive software “Heavy Gear Reinos” was released in 1990 as a 2D side-view action shooting game.
It combines the action of piloting the player unit “Reinos” with the strategy of acquiring and selecting multiple weapons to clear stages. It was also highly praised for its story elements, featuring dialogue between characters like the pilot inserted throughout gameplay.
As a variation type of the currently available “AS-5E3 Raynos (Protagonist Unit)”, this product recreates the mass-produced variant that frequently appeared as an ally unit to the player's craft in the game.
The brown-based color scheme is reproduced in molded colors. Additionally, three types of included armaments are provided: the “Defense Discharger”, “150mm Bazooka”, and “Missile Launcher”.
※The 12.7mm Gatling Gun included with the (Protagonist's Machine) is not included.
