▪️Squats\
①Two-Leg Squats\
〇Stand with both feet on the product.\
〇Bend your hips and knees simultaneously, slowly lowering your hips as if sitting in a chair.\
〇Squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then slowly stand back up.\
Be careful not to lean your upper body forward during this movement. \
② Single-Leg Squat\
〇 Place one foot on the product and the opposite foot on a platform about 30cm high.\
〇 Bend the front leg and lower your hips straight down.\
〇 Once your front thigh is parallel to the floor, slowly return to the starting position.\
▪️ Single-Leg Stand\
〇 Stand on this product with one leg.\
〇 Maintain this position for 10 seconds while balancing, alternating sides.\
As you become accustomed, gradually increase the time.\
