Product Description
Micromill “1/48 U.S. Army Boeing L-15 Scout Short Takeoff and Landing Aircraft (AMP Brand)” Plastic Model Kit.
The L-15 was a military liaison and observation aircraft developed immediately after the war. Equipped with a 125-horsepower Lycoming engine, it could take off in just 76 meters.
The large cabin window in the rear fuselage provided excellent visibility, and its handling performance was outstanding.
Twelve were produced. After testing by the U.S. Army, they were transferred to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and used in Alaska.
One of the produced aircraft is currently in civilian use.
This injection-molded plastic kit includes multiple decal types, etched parts, paint mask stickers, and 3D interior decals.
The completed model measures approximately 160mm in length and 254mm in wingspan.
