(1) The bottle has a double-layered bag. Do not tear the outer bag.
(2) Thoroughly wipe off any dirt inside the microwave before heating.
*If dirt adheres to the bottle, the area may become overheated, melting and tearing the bag.
(3) Place in the microwave to heat. *Mix the gel evenly with your hands to ensure it is not unevenly distributed before heating. Fold the product in half and place it in the microwave for 3 minutes, then open the microwave and turn it over while still folded in half and heat for another 3 minutes.
・Be sure to heat it folded in half, as this may cause the microwave to not work or the heat to be uneven.
・If using a turntable microwave, make sure the turntable is rotating during heating.
・Always heat using the microwave function, do not use the oven or steam function.
・Do not exceed the microwave output or heating time.
