(1) The main body is in a double bag. Do not tear the outer bag before use.\
(2) Thoroughly wipe any dirt from the microwave interior before heating.\
※ If dirt adheres to the main unit, that area may overheat abnormally, causing the bag to melt and rupture.\
(3) Fold the main unit as shown in the illustration and place it in the center of the microwave for heating.※ Before heating, knead the gel by hand to ensure it is evenly distributed throughout the unit. • When using a turntable microwave, ensure the turntable is rotating during heating. • Always heat using the microwave function only. Do not use the oven or steam functions. • Do not exceed the specified microwave power or heating time. (4) After placing the unit inside the dedicated cover, position it on your shoulders over your clothing. \
・Insert one side of the unit into the center of the cover, leaving a small portion exposed as shown in the diagram.\
・Leave the other side slightly exposed so the center of the unit protrudes about 2cm.\
・Widen the opening, fold the protruding part over, and tuck it in so it overlaps.\
・Gather the tip of the cover into a narrow point, thread it through the hole on one side, and secure it lightly. \
500W: 2 minutes 30 seconds\
600W: 2 minutes\
1000W: 1 minute 30 seconds\
If warmth is insufficient: Knead the unit by hand to loosen it, then add 10-20 seconds of heating at a time while checking warmth.\
※Do not leave the microwave unattended during heating. \
※The indicated heating times are standard times to warm the unit from 15°C to 45°C at room temperature. (45°C is slightly hotter than bath water.)\
Precautions for Use\
※Read these instructions carefully and keep them during the product's use.\
(1) Always use the specified microwave power and heating times. \
※ Overheating may cause the inner pouch to rupture, allowing the hot contents to leak or splash out, posing a burn hazard.\
(2) If the main unit swells during heating, or if the inner pouch ruptures and red gel appears, immediately turn off the microwave, wait a sufficient amount of time for it to cool down, and then open the microwave door. \
(3) If reheating while the product is still warm, heat in 10-20 second intervals while checking the warmth.\
(4) Do not use automatic modes (auto heat, automatic heating, etc.). This may cause overheating.\
(5) Prolonged use or usage conditions may weaken the bag's strength. If you notice any abnormalities such as cracks or tears in the main unit, discard it and replace it with a new product. \
(6) Even when heated as directed, the surface may become hot in spots. Exercise caution when removing from the microwave.\
(7) Do not microwave while inside the cover.\
(8) Do not allow children to heat or remove the product unsupervised.\
