Max - Time Card - ER-S Card - Red
Genuine Max time card. This is a color variation of the “ER-S Card”.
Changing the color of time cards by department in the workplace allows for clear identification.
Max time cards are highly functional. Small holes are irregularly punched at both ends of the card. These holes are positioned differently on each card, acting as a barcode. Therefore, time recorders compatible with this card do not print duplicate entries. The same card can only be used once per day for each type of punch (clock-in, clock-out, leave, re-entry). This eliminates duplicate entries, preventing indistinguishable overlapping prints for accounting staff. Employees need only insert the card; it prints at the correct position without pressing any buttons. 2. Distinguishes card orientation: Inserting the card upside down or backwards triggers an error sound and prevents printing. 3. While tally items vary by time recorder model, the main unit stores monthly attendance records per card, enabling calculation of attendance days and hours worked. 4. The closing date can be set on the time recorder itself.
