Asahi-I-Tape-Stretch-Resistant Tape-Single-Sided Iron-On Adhesive-Width 12mm × 25m Roll
This tape is made from fusing interfacing and is used to prevent stretching. Use it to prevent stretching along shoulder seams, sleeve seams, armholes, and to reinforce pocket openings and buttonholes against fraying or tearing. The half-width type is ideal for curves where stretching should be avoided. The finished bond is soft, preserving the fabric's texture. Suitable for everyday washing and dry cleaning.
Pre-shrunk for minimal shrinkage after washing.
Set iron to 140-160°C (280-320°F) to melt the adhesive and bond it to the fabric.
Full adhesion occurs as the iron cools after application.
If accidentally adhered, re-iron the area and peel while hot for easy removal.
・Important Notes
Always perform an adhesion test on your fabric before use.
When checking adhesion, ensure the fabric is fully cooled.
Fabrics with special surface treatments may not adhere.
