Sharpen knives effortlessly without a single drop of water, quickly and easily, while experiencing the sharpness of a professional sharpener. Includes knife sharpening stand, whetstones (diamond plate #240 coarse, #800 fine), two 4-stage adjusters, and a cloth. Equipped with 4-stage angle adjustment. No adjuster needed for double-edged knives, Japanese-style chef's knives, santoku knives, gyūba knives, or petty knives. For bread knives, set the adjuster to 7 degrees. For single-edged yanagiba knives, set to 13 degrees. For single-edged deba knives, set to 24 degrees. Angle adjustment is possible from 7 to 24 degrees. However, it cannot be used with titanium or ceramic knives.
Begin sharpening with the #240 diamond plate (coarse grit) and finish with the #800 fine grit.

This product is made of plastic. Do not place it in areas where temperatures exceed 50°C (122°F). Handle knives with care. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area out of reach of children. Do not leave objects on the sharpening base (adhesive sheet) for extended periods (they may become stuck).
