KATO-PC Curved Approach Track - R730-22-5° - 2 Each Left/Right - 2-242
A new item for recreating modern track scenes, featuring HO Unitrack with concrete sleepers and cant on curved sections. The basic design is a single-track specification similar to previous products. The sleepers are represented by modern PC (concrete) sleepers. Reproduces the actual sleeper spacing. Curved tracks R730 and R790 feature an inward-sloping “cant” like the real thing. Realistically recreates scenes where rolling stock tilts to pass through. Markings on the track surface clearly indicate the canted (inward-sloping) connection points, preventing incorrect connections. Approach tracks are used at the start and end of curves to ensure smooth transition between straight and curved sections. The feeder track set accommodates circular layouts, comprising two 246mm feeder tracks plus two 246mm straight tracks for opposite sides. Connections utilize the proven Uni-Joiner for reliable power transfer and secure connections. Blister pack with slide-out paper backing. *This cant is not designed for high-speed passage through curved sections. Please exercise caution regarding passing speeds.
