This plastic model assembly kit depicts a custom specification Suzuki GSX1100S Katana, which made its sensational debut at the 1980 Cologne Show, fitted with special parts. The air-cooled 4-cylinder DOHC engine is meticulously detailed down to each individual cooling fin. The oil cooler at the front of the engine and the combined muffler set further enhance the impression of high performance. The front and rear brakes also reproduce custom parts: a large-diameter rotor with a 4-piston caliper at the front, and a small-diameter rotor with a floating caliper at the rear.
