Developed by Hitachi Construction Machinery, the “Astaco” adds an arm to a conventional hydraulic excavator, creating a “dual-arm” configuration. This enables tasks like “bending long objects” and “gripping and cutting,” bringing new possibilities to construction machinery.
This kit faithfully recreates the mass-produced “Astaco NEO” model announced in 2012, based on research of the actual machine. Both arms feature movable sections identical to the real machine, and the body can rotate 360 degrees.
Parts are planned in 5 colors + clear, allowing assembly with an appearance close to the real machine without painting.
