For when you want to remove or replace emblems.
POINT A revolutionary kit that uses special thread and adhesive remover liquid for clean removal.
※Cannot be used on aged, deteriorated bodywork or repainted vehicles.
STEP1
Check if the emblem is attached with adhesive.
※Cannot be used on screw-mounted emblems.
※Completely hardened adhesive may not be removable.
STEP2
Hold the Easy Grip firmly with both hands and slide the thread into the gap between the emblem and the body.
※ Never grip the thread with bare hands as it may cut you. Always use the Easy Grip.
STEP3
Slowly rub the thread up and down, sliding it to separate the adhesive from the body.
※ If the thread breaks, cut the included replacement line (thread) to about 40-50cm with scissors and tie it to the small hole in the grip.
STEP4
Using a scraper and removal solution, scrape off any adhesive residue left on the body.
※Be careful not to scratch the body with the scraper.
※If removal is difficult or adhesive residue remains, repeat the process.
※Do not leave the removal solution applied for extended periods.
STEP5
Thoroughly wipe off any remaining remover from the body with a soft cloth.
※Older vehicles may have paint damaged by the adhesive.
Depending on the paint condition, polish using SOFT99's ‘Liquid Compound’ (sold separately).
