Dice Star is a dice game with simple rules that anyone can play right away. However, it's not just about having good luck with the dice. You must decide how many dice to roll, then choose which combination of dice to take from the rolled dice and the reserve to record on your score sheet... Keep an eye on other players' scores and aim for the high score. First, take 1 to 3 dice from the bag, roll them, and add them to your reserve. Choose either the “total number of dots,” “color,” or “☆” to take, leaving the rest in the reserve. Here, the score sheet is crucial. If you choose “color,” write the total number of dots in the vertical column for that color. Fill in the empty spaces from the top down with the number of dice you took, writing the total number only in the last space.
If you chose “number of dots,” write the total in the horizontal row. Fill in the empty spaces from left to right with the number of dice you took, writing the total only in the last space.
The sum of the numbers you wrote becomes your score. If you completely fill the bonus spaces with star dice, it doubles; if you only partially fill them, it becomes zero.
