In this game, players become construction workers for a company,
building new structures on the site using laborers. On your turn, place steel beams, workers, and materials as specified by the card onto the construction site. However, if you drop something and cause an accident, you lose a “Safety Certificate”.
If the “Site Supervisor” appears during the game,
the player who placed materials or workers at the highest point on the construction site during their turn receives a “Monthly Top Worker Certificate”.
The first player to collect the required number of “Monthly Top Worker Certificates” wins. Alternatively, if only one player holds a “Safety Certificate,” that player wins.
