Nova Luna is an abstract tile-placement game where you develop new strategies each playthrough, navigating the board as effectively as possible using the moon clock. Every choice you make here will have consequences stretching far into the future. Each newly placed tile bears a new task you must complete. To fulfill a task, you must place a tile of the specified color adjacent to the tile displaying that task. Naturally, the tile you place here will also bear a new task. Each time you complete a task, you may place one of your markers on top of the completed task on the tile. The first player to place all their markers wins the game.
This tile-placement game masterfully blends the tile-selection mechanism from Rosenberg's Patchwork with the task-completion mechanism through tile placement from Moser's Habitats.
