Pit Road-144-Leopard 2-Plastic Model-SGK16
The Leopard 2, representing the main battle tank of the modern German Army, entered service in 1979, replacing the Leopard 1. Its main armament was upgraded from the previous 105mm gun to a powerful 120mm smoothbore gun. Furthermore, while the turret of the initial production A4 model featured a vertical, angular front, the A5 and later models incorporated wedge-shaped additional armor.
