This water-based urethane acrylic paint is designed for medium-term outdoor use and can be applied to vinyl tents, sheets, cloth, wallpaper, and other materials that could not be painted with conventional water-based paints. It is moderately flexible, does not stick even at high temperatures (50°C), and can be folded and stacked.
In addition to PVC sheets, polycarbonate, acrylic sheets, FRP, and PET, it can be used on a wide range of materials, including concrete, wood, cotton cloth, stone, and iron. ?・Not suitable for semi-transparent plastic umbrellas (PE or PP).
・Does not adhere to styrofoam, construction blue tarps, garbage bags, supermarket shopping bags, old tents, PP, PE, nylon, rubber, aluminum, or tinplate.
・When painting plastic, roughen the surface with sandpaper before use. ・Apply an alkali sealer primer to alkaline substrates like concrete.
・Plasticizers may be present on PVC tent fabric, so degrease with alcohol or similar. ・Also, if the fabric has been treated with stain-resistant or water-repellent coatings, the paint may not adhere well, so test before use.
