In Germany, development of a turret for an anti-aircraft self-propelled gun equipped with a twin 3.7cm anti-aircraft cannon began in 1943. \
Among these, a prototype vehicle was considered that would mount a sealed turret equipped with the Flakzwilling 44 (a parallel twin-barreled version based on the Flak 43) onto the Panther tank chassis.\
However, only a mockup was produced, and the project was terminated. \
The kit models a fictional vehicle based on the Panther A model.\
