■Product Description: This step drill uses cobalt HSS steel, offering higher durability than standard HSS steel. It performs hole drilling, hole enlargement, and deburring. Its spiral shape ensures excellent chip evacuation and high cutting force. Its high wear resistance maintains cutting performance and sharpness even when used on stainless steel. The mounting shank is 1/4 HEX (6.3mm).
■Precautions: ※Wear safety glasses at all times. Cutting debris entering the eyes can cause blindness. ※Do not wear gloves. Work gloves, fiber gloves, or gloves with loose-fitting fingertips pose a risk of entanglement. ※The tip is sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury to hands or fingers. ※Do not bring hands, fingers, or face near the rotating drill bit. ※Cannot be used with impact drivers or impact wrenches. ※Cannot be used on heat-treated materials. ※When attaching or removing the drill bit, always turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, or remove the battery from the tool body, and ensure it is securely attached. ※Cutting debris and the drill bit become very hot immediately after cutting; do not touch until they have cooled.
