The Grand Prize winner of Game Market Awards 2019 arrives as the definitive edition. A thrilling escape game pitting those who flee against those who block their path. Set in a “misty ancient civilization ruin,” this is a 1 vs. many competitive game where players split into one “Ruins Master” and multiple “Explorers.” This is a remake of the Game Market Awards 2019 winner, ‘FOGSITE’.
The Ruins Role uses tiles to construct a maze, employing various obstacles to prevent the Explorers from escaping. The joy of building a maze to confuse players and the exhilaration of successfully hindering the Explorers are sure to be addictive.
Meanwhile, Explorers start scattered across different locations. They must explore the unpredictable depths of the ruins, reunite with their companions, and attempt to escape. Enjoy cooperative play and tense deduction within the limited time available.
For this remake, the rules have been refined and the visuals completely revamped. The contents have also been significantly upgraded, making it much easier to play. Even those who played the original game will experience it with a fresh perspective.
