Railway Collection - Chikuho Electric Railway 2000 Series - No. 2003 - Diorama Accessories - 323327
Chikuhō Electric Railway Co., Ltd. is a railway company within the Nishitetsu Group, connecting Kurozaki, a subcenter of Kitakyushu City, through Nakama City to Nogata City.
The 2000 Series vehicles originated in 1975 when two-car articulated trains were purchased from the Nishitetsu Fukuoka City Line and Nishitetsu Kitakyushu Line. These were modified into three-car articulated trains and commenced operation as the 2000 Series in 1977. The last remaining car, No. 2003, was also announced for retirement in November 2022. Trainbow Train No. 2003 (Blue) is now available as a product. By using a separately sold power unit, it can be operated as an N gauge model train. The compatible power unit is TM-TR06. *The pantograph is movable and therefore not compatible with replacement pantographs.
