TOMYTEC-329886-Little Armory-M2 Type Flamethrower
The M2 Flamethrower is a weapon developed and used by the U.S. military during World War II for assaulting fortifications. It operates by igniting a gel-like fuel mixture of gasoline and tar using a cartridge-type igniter, then propelling it with compressed gas. The flame has a range of approximately 30-40 meters, can be fired 10 times, and has a total weight of about 30 kg.
After the war, this weapon was adopted by the Japanese Self-Defense Forces under the designation “Portable Flamethrower,” not as a weapon but as equipment for incinerating obstacles and contaminated materials.
This kit reproduces each part as separate components: the tank, back seat, connecting pipe, and flamethrower unit.
Additionally, it includes 3mm diameter mounting parts for easy attachment to the back of movable figures.
Accessory parts include a fire extinguisher and bucket.
