Newly manufactured skirt for KuHa E216-1000 form.\
Reproduces the updated underframe equipment for MoHa E217 and MoHa E216.\
Pre-printed front display panel “Yokosuka Line - Sōbu Line” is pre-installed. \
Head/tail lights and front display panel equipped with constant-on circuit board, featuring ON-OFF switch.\
Front display panel illuminates in a near-white color due to the use of a color prism.\
JR mark and front logo are pre-printed.\
Car numbers are selectable with included transfer sheets.\
