Product Description
Special Hobby “1/35 French Army Panhard 178B Armored Car with 47mm Gun & FL1 Turret” Plastic Model Kit.
Production of the Panhard 178, which began in 1935, resumed after the Liberation of France.
The turret was upgraded to the new FL1 type, and the engine and radio equipment were also modernized.
The main armament initially tested a 75mm gun, but the production model was equipped with a 47mm gun.
The French Army deployed it not only domestically but also in its colonies, and it was exported to many countries.
This kit combines the ICM kit with a newly added resin-cast new-type turret.
It includes many details specific to the 178B.
Includes a metal 47mm gun barrel, a resin 75mm gun barrel, and photo-etched parts.
