The natural hair used in premium face brushes, blending Japan's latest technology with ancient traditional techniques, offers superior brush feel compared to synthetic hair and is beloved by many. However, due to its delicate nature, natural hair lacks durability for model-making applications that frequently use organic solvents. To solve this issue, Japan's latest technology developed four different thicknesses of synthetic hair that mimic the cuticle of natural hair. By blending these, we achieved: 1. Excellent paint holding capacity, 2. Flexibility with moderate stiffness, and 3. Durability against oil-based paints, recreating a brush feel close to natural hair. Furthermore, using special techniques, the entire hair is processed with a permanent wave. Even if the tips splay or the entire hair bends in one direction, soaking it in warm water will restore the tip alignment. Manufacturing is entrusted to one of Japan's leading brush-producing regions. Craftsmen meticulously handcraft each brush. This process relies on traditional manual techniques, demanding the skilled craftsmanship born of experience and intuition.
