Product Description
By changing the coil material to aluminum alloy, we achieved an ultra-lightweight design weighing approximately half that of existing iron or stainless steel products. The weight per meter is approximately 27g. For a single bicycle requiring about 2m of cable, this product weighs 55g compared to 115g for a standard steel brake outer, achieving a weight reduction of more than half. It also features an inner liner, resulting in a lighter pull on the brake lever. During development, we referenced the former French CLB aluminum outer cable. The result is a modern, ultra-lightweight brake outer cable that shares a similar appearance but combines high durability with excellent operability. Despite its ultra-lightweight nature, it offers the convenience of identical installation methods to standard brake outer cables.
