Yashica-YASHICA-Y35 Compatible-Digital Film-Monochrome
Yashica developed a system where modules resembling film are inserted through the camera's rear cover. By swapping these modules, you can alter the finish and image quality just like with silver halide film. The size and shape are similar to APS film. In other words... this system involves selecting and setting different digiFilm(TM) modules for specific scenes to take photos. This digiFilm(TM) incorporates something akin to a development module. Just like a film camera, the ISO sensitivity and color tone change depending on the digiFilm(TM) module currently set. This digiFilm(TM) is not a recording medium. (That's handled by the SD card). It is solely used for image quality control. The fact that you can only shoot using the image processing set for each specific digiFilm(TM) is another aspect that makes it truly like a film camera. digiFilm(TM) B&W Black & White with a subtle blue tint hidden beneath the black. Monochrome & High Contrast. Retro style with film grain effect.
