KATO HO Gauge - Manual Turnout No. 6 - 2-862 - Model Railroad Supplies
While the basic track gauge is identical to the conventional electric turnout No. 6, part of the included track (S97/S94) is integrated into the turnout body. Cost reduction is achieved by using a separate point machine. Easy and reliable electrification is possible by attaching a separately sold point machine. Easy and reliable DCC conversion is possible by attaching a separately sold DCC point machine. Switching between “selectable” and “non-selectable” modes is possible by changing screws on the back of the main body. Compatible as a spring point for both DCC and DC operation. Auxiliary track (S149/R867-10°) identical to conventional electric points is newly available as a separate item. Combining with manual turnout No. 6 allows construction of a basic double-track siding with 60mm spacing.
