Converting the interior light units to white LEDs enhances brightness while reproducing realistic lighting.
This 11-car set of interior light units corresponds to the full formation of the “Super Hitachi” Basic + Extension Set. It includes one unit for the power car and ten units for the trailer cars. Includes lighting plates (prisms) for 4 leading cars and 7 intermediate cars.
Also includes 1 motor car PCB cover and 2 collector shoes to accommodate configurations like adding a power unit to the included formation. (These replace the board covers for trailer cars.) Compatible with the simultaneously released 10-1584/1585 651 Series “Super Hitachi,” as well as existing 10-164/165, 173/174 651 Series “Super Hitachi”, 10-935 651 Series 1000 Subseries Type “Swallow Akagi”, 10-943 651 Series 1000 Subseries Type “Swallow Akagi/Kusatsu”, and 10-944 651 Series 1000 Subseries “Izu Creil” Type.
