KATO-20-890-Unitrack Compact-Endless Basic Set
“Unitrack Compact” is a new development of Unitrack based on smaller R150 (150mm radius) curves than conventional track.
The smaller radius curves expand the possibilities for mini layouts on desks or combined with “Unitrack Tram”.
Of course, the basic specifications, including appearance, conform to conventional Unitrack track, ensuring perfect compatibility with existing Unitrack straight track, points, and other components. n
Due to its smaller radius than conventional curves, Unitrack Compact imposes restrictions on compatible rolling stock and is not suitable for running standard N gauge vehicles.
It is primarily limited to smaller vehicles such as those for Unitram, Pocket Line, or vehicles using compact power units.
Always check the minimum passing radius specified in the instruction manual included with your vehicle product before operation. If no minimum radius is specified, R249 is the minimum passing radius. The ‘CV1 Endless Basic Set’ is a set that allows you to build a compact, endless layout using R150 curves, fitting within a small space of 325mm x 573mm (A2 size or smaller).
