KATO 14 Series 500 Subseries - Sleeper Express “Marimo-Rishiri” 7-Car Set - 10-1953
Reproduces the 14 Series 500 Subseries assigned to Kushiro Depot shortly after the JR transition.\
Sleeper cars (Suhanefu 14, Ohane 14) display the sleeper grade as “☆☆☆” .\
Ohane 14 501/507 reproduce the Dream Car's characteristic spaced seating arrangement.\
Suhanefu 14 and Suhafu 14 feature interchangeable train markings. Includes “Marimo,” “Taisetsu,” and “Rishiri.”\
Suhanefu 14 and Suhafu 14 feature illuminated tail lights (with an off switch). \
Each car reproduces the “ (Ho)” notation preceding the car number.\
Body-mounted close-coupling couplers are fitted at the intermediate coupling points within the formation. The locomotive coupling ends of Suhanefu 14 and Suhafu 14 come standard with Arnold couplers. Replacement knuckle couplers are included.\
Includes “Marimo,” “Taisetsu,” and “Rishiri” headmarks for DD51. Reproduces the larger shape compared to standard headmarks.\
