Features the imposing two-body structure inherited from the EH500, along with the mechanical roof-mounted equipment characteristic of AC electric locomotives. Reproduces the bulge of the LCX antenna installed on both sides of the body and the static antenna, similar to that on the Shinkansen, mounted on the cab roof. \
Beautifully recreates the red bodywork with silver accents conveying speed inspired by the Shinkansen, and white lines symbolizing the connection between Honshu and Hokkaido.\
Handrails, release levers, signal lamps, static antennas, train radio antennas, and whistle covers are pre-installed.\
