Product Introduction
The 722 Edition is the high-performance version of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren unveiled at the 2006 Paris Motor Show.
The name 722 originates from the race number of the Mercedes-Benz 300SLR that achieved an overwhelming victory in the 1955 Mille Miglia.
Its long nose houses a 5.5-liter supercharged V8 engine.
Maximum output was increased from the standard 626 horsepower to 650 horsepower. The suspension was stiffened and the ride height lowered by 10mm. Enhanced brakes, weight reduction, and additional carbon fiber aerodynamic parts were added.
This is a premium super sports car, limited to 150 units worldwide, with further refined driving performance.
