Apply the base skin color first, then layer the shadow-effect Color Clear overcoat to achieve a dewy, fresh skin appearance.
For the final finish, lightly apply a coating material blended with a matte agent and pearl particles to achieve an even more beautiful result.
C189 is a clear coat blended with a matte smooth agent and warm-toned pearl particles.
