This is a golf training aid that helps you master the correct face direction, preventing mistakes such as slices, hooks, and pull-hooks.
Attaching the AOG Swing makes it clearly and visually obvious whether the club face is facing the correct direction during the swing.
Squarely catching the ball with the face leads to stable shots, but accurately achieving the correct face position is difficult and a common stumbling block for amateur golfers.
Even if you think you are "catching it square," it is often not square at all.
