How to Use
"1. Clean your feet before bedtime. 2. Attach Heel-chan to the heels of both feet. 3. Wear overnight for approximately 6-8 hours. 4. Remove in the morning. 5. Wash as needed and reuse. Apply Smooth Heel Stick to both heels once daily. *When using with oil-based products like creams or oils, after wearing, hand wash in lukewarm water following the instructions for mild alkaline laundry detergent, then machine wash."
