- Do not press your ears from above the earplugs.

Directions for Use
1. Take the earplugs and aluminum bag out of the box
Remove the heat generator from the aluminum bag right before use
*Do not peel off the transparent film
2. Insert the heat generator into the insertion slot of the main earplug unit and push it in so that the heat generator fits firmly into the main earplug unit
*Make sure the heat generator is fitted into the fall-prevention tab
3. Hold it in your hand so that the earplug projection faces forward, and set it in your ear as is
4. Adjust so that the heat generator fits snugly into the hollow of your ear
*Be careful as inserting the earplugs too firmly may lead to pain or injury
5. Confirm that sound is properly blocked out and warmth can be felt
