▪️ Post-Use Care Instructions
・After use, immerse the brush in water up to the point where ink remains. Gently blot the ink residue using slightly dampened scrap paper. While this method leaves a slight trace of ink, it preserves the brush tip's responsiveness. Care must be taken to remove the ink without damaging the tip's shape.
・If the brush dries with ink still on the bristles, the tip may become difficult to loosen for subsequent use. In such cases, apply solid soap to your hands and gently knead the tip to loosen it. However, since the bristles are sensitive to alkaline substances like soap, normally wash the brush with water. Placing the cap back on after washing traps moisture, causing decay, and may also damage the bristles by pinching them.
・For long-term storage, place mothballs or similar insect repellents with the brush. Air the brushes out once or twice a year. This is especially important during humid rainy seasons when mold can grow, making this a good time to do it.
