Speedic - Replacement Blade - 1mm Description
Product Introduction
We manufacture 14 types of replacement blades to ensure you get the most out of your clipper.
Each replacement blade undergoes approximately 100 processes, but we place particular emphasis on material selection, blade sharpening, heat treatment, and polishing.
To test for sharpness, we slow the motor down to create a more difficult cutting condition, and cut a bundle of 90 20-count cotton threads at five points on the blade: the left, center, and right edges.
Like scissors, electric clipper replacement blades are used to cut people's precious hair, so we cannot be satisfied unless they are sharp enough. We hope you will enjoy our clippers and these replacement blades, which we have made with care. Precautions for Use: The displayed size is a guide only. Ingredients: Resin, iron. How to Use: Do not use genuine Speedik blades with clippers other than Speedik. The blade tip is thin and narrow, and can easily break. Handle with care to avoid dropping or hitting it. Do not tamper with the blade screw (the screw on the top of the blade). When new, the blade is set in the optimal position. The optimal position varies slightly for each blade, and is adjusted at the time of shipment. Loosening the blade screw too much can open up a gap between the upper and lower blades, allowing hair to get in and causing the blade to suddenly become dull. Overtightening the blade screw can apply stress, causing the blade to overheat and possibly causing damage to the blade itself. If the blade screw is accidentally dislocated, tighten it by hand all the way, then back it off about a half to full turn. To clean the blade, simply brush off the bristles with a brush. Lubrication is very important. Apply 1-2 drops of genuine blade oil (included) to the contact surfaces between the upper and lower blades (the front cutting edge and rear rail), and the contact surface between the washer (black plastic part) and the upper blade before and after each use. Before use, apply oil to reduce frictional heat and reduce strain on the blade. Wipe off any excess oil with a clean cloth. After use, this is effective in preventing rust and maintaining sharpness. Brush off the bristles thoroughly before applying oil. Blades that fall out or are loose are almost always due to a problem with the dowel. (The dowel is the square metal part at the head of the blade, where the blade connects to the blade.) Tighten the small screw on the side of the dowel. If you still experience problems, check whether the dowel is deformed. If there is any deformation, the dovetail needs to be replaced. If the blade is cutting smoothly, there is no need to disassemble it for cleaning. Disassembling the blade may cause the blade to lose its delicate adjustment, resulting in a loss of sharpness. Safety Warning: Do not use for purposes other than its intended use. (This may result in injury or damage.) Please read the following cautions (Disclaimer). Please note that the packaging and design may be updated, and the contents may change. Please note that this may occur before placing your order. The product may be discontinued, out of stock, or discontinued. In such cases, your order may be canceled. Brand Name: Speedik. Enjoy great cutting with traditional SPEEDIK products. 4937220878736 SPEEDIK Speedik Replacement Blade 1mm (text created at , 2025-05-10)
