Product Introduction
To help you get the most out of this clipper you've purchased, we manufacture 14 different replacement blades. Each blade undergoes over 100 processes to become a finished product. We place particular emphasis on material selection and, within the manufacturing process, prioritize blade cutting, heat treatment, and grinding.
For sharpness testing, we deliberately reduce the motor speed to create challenging conditions. We then test the blade's ability to cleanly cut a bundle of 90 strands of 20-count cotton thread at seven points: the left edge, center, and right edge of the blade. Passing this test is our standard for sharpness.
Just like scissors, clipper blades are tools used to cut people's precious hair. If they don't cut this well, we cannot feel confident about their safety. We sincerely hope you will cherish and use our clippers and these replacement blades, crafted with our utmost care. Precautions for Use The indicated size is a guideline. Materials/Composition Resin, Iron Usage Instructions Speedyc genuine replacement blades must not be used with clippers other than Speedyc. The blade tips are thin, delicate, and extremely prone to breaking. Handle with extreme care to avoid dropping or bumping them. It is set to the optimal position when new. The optimal position is slightly different for each unit and is adjusted during shipping. Over-loosening the let will widen the gap between the upper and lower blades, allowing hair to get trapped and causing the replacement blade to suddenly stop cutting. Over-tightening the let puts excessive load on the blade, causing it to overheat and potentially leading to damage to the clipper body. If you accidentally move the knob, tighten it fully by hand once, then loosen it back by about half to one full turn. Cleaning the replacement blade is sufficient with a brush to remove hair. Lubrication is extremely important. Apply 1-2 drops of genuine blade oil (the oil included) to the contact surfaces between the upper and lower blades (the front blade tip and rear rail section) and between the washer (the black plastic part) and the upper blade, both before and after use. Before use, this reduces friction heat on the replacement blade and also reduces the load on the main unit. Wipe off any excess oil on the surface with a clean cloth. After use, this is effective for rust prevention and also helps maintain sharpness. Brush off the hair from the replacement blade thoroughly before applying oil. If the replacement blade falls out or rattles, it is almost always an issue with the joint. (The joint is the square metal part on the head of the main unit, connecting the replacement blade to the main unit.) Tighten the small screw on the side of the “Ari”.
If the problem persists, check if the ‘Ari’ part is deformed. If any deformation is found, the “Ari” needs to be replaced.
When the replacement blade cuts smoothly, disassembly and cleaning of the blade is unnecessary.
Disassembly may disrupt the delicate adjustment, potentially causing it to cut poorly instead.
