This plastic model assembly kit depicts the U.S. Army M1A1 Mine Plow, which played a vital role in clearing the vast minefields laid by Iraqi forces during the 1991 Gulf War. It realistically models the imposing appearance of this mine-clearing device—a combination of a large plow and blade—mounted on the front hull of the M1A1 Abrams main battle tank.
The roller used for detonating anti-personnel mines, known as the dogbone, utilizes metal parts. The roller chain is also made of metal chain, and enamel wire is provided for the mine-clearing device's cables.
All vehicle hatches feature an open/closed selection option. Accessories include a spare wheel and ammunition cases. The set also includes one full-body commander figure and one half-body loader figure.
