While retaining the original layer guard structure and functionality, the entire case has been downsized to approximately 90% of its previous size*. Significant module miniaturization enabled case downsizing and thinning, resulting in a mid-size design. Attention to detail is evident in the shock-resistant resin indices, where a vapor-deposited film on the surface is laser-etched to achieve a face design that balances toughness and beauty. The GST-W310D, featuring stainless steel in the bezel and band, presents a standard design emphasizing the hardness of metal. The GST-W300, with a resin bezel, comes in two variations: a metal band and a soft urethane band. The thicker soft urethane band enhances wearability, reducing strain on the wrist even during extended wear. The lineup expands with the GST-W300BD, featuring a black IP coating for a bold look; the GST-W300, combining a resin bezel with a stainless steel case for a casual design; and the GST-W300G, where gold and blue IP coatings create a cool aesthetic. Practical features include Multi-Band 6 for receiving standard radio waves from six stations worldwide, a hand-shift function for ensuring LCD visibility, and a full auto double LED light for excellent time-checking in dark environments.
