NISSEN Stainless Steel Shift Outer Cable V3 for 11s

Made of stainless steel for rust resistance, with a transparent coating finish for a premium look. Flat wire type. Compared to the standard version, the coil strands are thicker, reducing gaps and shrinkage between coils for increased rigidity. This allows it to handle the precise adjustments required for 11-speed derailleurs. This replaces the coil wire of the outer cable, typically produced in iron, with stainless steel. It is highly resistant to rust and features a transparent coating finish for a premium look. Unlike standard shift cables (which have straight, parallel strands), the shift cable uses a spring-like (coiled) construction. Therefore, there is a slight risk of stroke loss occurring between the inner and outer wires during use. While we've designed it to minimize this stroke loss, please be aware of this when using 10-speed or 11-speed systems. It also includes a polyethylene inner liner, making the brake lever pull lighter. This allows you to easily enjoy both a dress-up look and a spec upgrade. The shift cable has an outer diameter of 4mm and can accommodate 1.2mm inner cables. Header-included packaging.
