NISSEN Stainless Steel Shift Outer Cable - Soft Type

Its flexibility makes installation easier. Flat wire type. The coil wire of the outer cable, typically produced in iron, has been replaced with stainless steel. It is highly rust-resistant and finished with a transparent coating, giving it a premium look. Unlike standard condensed-type shift cables (where bare wires run straight vertically), this shift cable has a spring-like (coiled) construction. Therefore, slight stroke loss may occur between the inner and outer wires during use. While efforts have been made to minimize stroke loss, please be aware of this when using 10-speed to 11-speed systems. It also includes a polyethylene inner liner, making the brake lever pull lighter. Enjoy easy dress-up and spec upgrades. The shift cable has an outer diameter of 4mm and can accommodate a 1.2mm inner wire.
