The Imperial Navy Series introduces the “Light Cruiser Agano” complete with a two-piece 25mm machine gun.
The product recreates the ship's appearance around October 1942 (Showa 17), at the time of its completion.
This represents the configuration before armament enhancements based on combat experience, featuring no radar equipment and open portholes.
The product features a full hull specification, recreating the ship down to the keel, and includes a display stand for enjoyment after completion.
Two Type 0 (three-seat) seaplane reconnaissance aircraft are included.
Two types of decals are included, featuring the Imperial Japanese Navy ensign, the Rising Sun flag, and carrier aircraft markings.
Both the traditional one-piece 25mm machine gun parts and more precise two-piece parts are included.
The two-piece 25mm machine gun design allows for easy painting separation between the gunmetal barrel and the hull color base.
