Introducing the etching parts version of the Matsu-class destroyer “Take”.
Although the Take-class destroyers were hastily constructed, most were deployed as multipurpose destroyers for escort duties, as originally intended, to protect fleets and convoys.
Among these Matsu-class destroyers, the Take engaged three large US destroyers and sank the destroyer Cooper with its torpedoes.
