Pit Road - Skywave Series - Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force - DD-130 - J79
The Hatsuyuki-class destroyers were the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force's first all-gas turbine-powered vessels. As multi-purpose destroyers capable of carrying helicopters, twelve ships entered service during the 1980s. Six Hatsuyuki-class ships have already been decommissioned, with four serving as training vessels. However, the ninth ship, the “Matsuyuki,” commissioned in 1986, remains active as a destroyer today.
The kit includes additional parts such as a hull bottom section, satellite antennas, and mast trusses, allowing you to recreate the latest configuration of the “Matsuyuki”.
Includes new full-hull hull bottom and various satellite antenna parts.
Includes one SH-60J anti-submarine patrol helicopter.
Includes new ship identification markings and training ship number decals.
Decals for Hatsuyuki, Mineyuki, Sawayuki, Hamayuki, Isoyuki, and Matsuyuki included.
One ship per kit.
